Res Pest Control Biannual Service

ATTRIBUTES: Check for attributes on the services for more treatment specifications.

 

TO INCLUDE: INITIAL SERVICE INCLUDES A COMPLETE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR TREATMENT

 

COVERED PEST: All Crawling insects in the home, Visible wasp nest within reach under eaves and around doorways.  Fire Ants in the yard are not included unless stated in the service attributes.

 

EXCLUDED PEST: Termites, Rodents, Fleas and ticks, Spring-tails, Tawny Crazy Ants, Leaf Cutter Ants, Birds, Fabric Pest, Pantry Pest, Mosquitoes, Bed Bugs, Fire Ants on the exterior

 

TREATMENT INCLUDES

Interior: Systematically inspect the entire home – All bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, garage(s), attics, Laundry rooms, and other conducive areas of the home, including corners, cracks and crevices, behind furniture, window frames, door thresholds, closets etc.

  • Use flushing agents during inspection if activity is observed or expected.

  • Treat any pest activity observed during the inspection.

  • Apply insecticidal dusts to wall voids through plumbing access, raised thresholds.

  • Apply residual aerosols to those areas that dust was not applied due to possible disturbance or would be unsightly. {Crack and crevice only}

  • Dust attic. – Soffit Areas once per year

  • Treat crawl space if applicable with baits around harborage area (plumbing, moist areas).

 

Exterior: Systematically inspect the entire exterior perimeter of home and garage, eaves, windows and doorways, weep-holes, looking for potential pest harborage areas and treat accordingly.

  • Using the Web Duster, remove accessible spider webs focusing around entry doors and lights and porch coverings. Treat wasp nests. Remove wasp nests that are within reach from ground level.

  • Apply residual insecticide(s) to foundation and around doors, windows and to the eaves.

  • Dust cracks & crevices and weep holes.

  • Stuff weep holes with cooper wool.

  • Apply granulated baits around the perimeter concentrating on harborage areas conducive to insect.  Make sure to include baiting under decks.

  • ABC customers - Treat exterior perimeter with Termidor SC (Termidor Cycle) every service.
